1. Why did no one call me back when I left a message?

Between working a full-time corporate job Monday to Friday, massaging part-time, and being a mother, returning phone calls is nearly impossible for me. Please read the following questions and answers for important information before reaching out to me via text or email.


2. Do you have appointments available for time outside your business hours?

No, I have appointment times available during the following hours:

Mon & Fri: 6:30 pm - 8 pm

Sat: 11 am - 5 pm


If you can't select the date and time you want to book, than that time is unavailable for scheduling.

3. What happens if my voucher expires before any appointments are available?

If your voucher is expiring, please don't fret. As long as you book before the expiration, your appointment date can be after the expiration date. You will receive a full session.


In other words: Groupon Expiration Date = Schedule an Appointment By Date (even if the appointment date is after the Groupon expiration date) for full value.


Here is an example of when you WILL receive the full value of an expired voucher:

  • You buy a voucher on 01/01/16, which has an expiration date of 07/01/16.
  • On 06/01/15 you go online to book your appointment, but none are available until 07/31/16. 
  • You book the 07/31/16 appointment on 06/01/16 and receive the full value of your voucher.


Here is an example of when you WILL NOT receive the full value of an expired voucher:

  • You buy a voucher on 01/01/16, which has an expiration date of 07/01/16. 
  • On 07/02/15 you go online to book your appointment, but none are available until 07/31/16.
  • You book the 07/31/16 appointment on 07/02/16 and receive the promotional value of your voucher. (30 minutes instead of 60 minutes.

5. I'm here for my appointment and the main door is locked. What do I do?
The main door is locked after 1 pm on Saturday and all day on Sunday. Please leave a message once you arrive for your appointment, so your therapist will know to open the door to let you in.

4. Can I book a couple's massage at your practice?

Not currently, because I'm the only therapist in my private practice and my space is not large enough to accommodate two massage tables.
